(2) Large companies that fulfil two of the following size requirements on a company basis: Balance sheet total: EUR 20,000,000 Net sales: EUR 40,000,000 Own funds: EUR 2,000,000 (3) National and regional governments, including public debt management bodies at national or regional level, central banks, international and supranational institutions such as the World Bank, the IMF, the ECB, the EIB and other comparable international organisations. (4) Other institutional investors whose main business is investing in financial instruments, including entities engaged in securitisation of debt and other financing activities. (5) Investors who may be treated as professional investors upon request. Non-professional investors only have access to the investment funds authorised for them. When using the sub-page, users are therefore asked for their investor status (professional investor or non-professional investor). The sub-page accessed by users and its content are reserved for investors with the corresponding investor status. It is essential that the selection is correct.
